Furniture Warranty

All our furniture comes with a 5 year warranty. This warranty only covers against defective material and poor workmanship. Note: MDF furniture does not react well with moisture. Keep your MDF furniture in a dry room and wipe spills up immediately.

Mattress Warranty 

Innerspring Mattresses – 5 Years
Most of our mattresses have a 5 years warranty that covers all components, material defects and poor workmanship. The warranty does not cover claims associated with normal wear and tear, customer misuse and issues with firmness or comfort. Please choose your mattress carefully. Once a mattress has been used, it cannot be returned and/or refunded.

Mattresses will naturally conform to your body and body impressions. This is expected and is not considered a defect with the mattress. There is a wear in period, where we suggest that you would normally need a month to get used to your new mattress. It may start to feel uncomfortable, especially as it gets to work to support your spine.

Refunds

Please choose carefully as there will be no refunds provided. (Except for reasons covered by the Consumer guarantees act)

Call out fee/assembly charges

A charge of $75 for the first hour will be implied in any case where our warehouse manager is asked to complete an assembly job that has not been invoiced at the time of purchase. Any additional hours will be charges at an hourly rate of $50. This fee will not apply if the call out is deemed to be a suppliers fault.

We can offer a next day delivery service to the Auckland area only. Please advise at the time of purchase.
